As VEA Vice Chairwoman, she is expected to play an active role in improving the legal framework for the energy sector to ensure greater stability, transparency, and predictability, thereby strengthening investor and business confidence.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh, born in 1982, holds a PhD in Law and currently serves as Vice Chairwoman of VEA, Vice Chairwoman of the Hung Yen Business Association, and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Data Association.
She was nominated as a candidate for the 16th National Assembly in Hung Yen province (Constituency No. 01).
Commitments of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh as a National Assembly Deputy
Her Action Program focuses on three main task groups:
I. Building and improving a solid institutional foundation for a new development era
In the context of digital transformation and deep international integration, institutional quality is crucial to national competitiveness. With legal expertise and practical experience in both governance and business, she aims to:

Actively contribute to refining draft laws related to investment, business, urban management, environment, and land use, particularly ensuring transparency and balanced interests among the State, citizens, and businesses.

Promote improvements in decentralization and administrative reform, strengthen digital governance, and facilitate administrative adjustments following changes in administrative boundaries.

Enhance oversight of policy implementation to ensure that laws and regulations are enforced consistently and effectively.
II. Developing green energy – ensuring national energy security and supporting Hung Yen’s goal of becoming an industrial – energy hub
As Vice Chairwoman of VEA and a National Assembly deputy, she will:

Contribute to improving the legal framework for the energy sector toward stability, transparency, and predictability.

Support mechanisms for developing clean and renewable energy, linked with environmental protection and efficient energy use in industrial zones and craft villages.

Propose favorable mechanisms to attract investment in large-scale clean energy projects in Hung Yen; ensure clean power supply meets the needs of enterprises, especially those exporting to markets with high environmental standards.

Strengthen monitoring of energy planning and national energy programs, ensuring energy security and a stable electricity supply for production and daily life.
III. Supporting businesses and workers – promoting local economic development
With practical experience working with the business community, she intends to:

Raise timely concerns of enterprises to the National Assembly and competent authorities, especially issues related to capital, land, taxes, and administrative procedures.

Propose completing policies to build a transparent and stable investment environment, helping Hung Yen attract high-quality FDI and high-tech enterprises.

Promote the development of synchronized economic infrastructure - transportation, logistics, energy, and digital infrastructure- to reduce production costs and enhance competitiveness.

Oversee the implementation of labor, social insurance, health insurance, food safety, and workplace safety policies, ensuring workers’ legitimate rights.

Advocate for training and human resource development policies, especially for young workers and women in rural and industrial areas.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh emphasizes that a National Assembly deputy must represent the people’s will and aspirations. She commits to:
