Issuing the credit cards for customers who invest in the rooftop PV systems

Specifically, HDBank has deployed the "Green cards for Vietnamese families" program, prolonged from now to il September 30, and issues credit cards for the individual customers installing rooftop PV systems, who need to open the cards to pay for construction contracts.
For customers installing rooftop PV systems, the HD Bank will support interest rate for 6 to 12 months or reduce interest rate by 2% - 3% during the whole loan period.
As well known, in recent years, Vietnam had policies to encourage renewable energy development, especially many solar power projects have been invested and implemented.
Among the solar power projects, the rooftop PV systems have many advantages such as they are easily and quickly installed in sunny regions by using the available rooftops on the buildings of factories and households, without land use, and help to enhance effective heat resist for the projects.
The householders of the rooftop PV systems can also sell Electricity for the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) in accordance with the Decision on mechanism to encourage solar power projects which has been issued by the Government and effective since May 22, 2020.
