VTT and Truc Minh established a Joint venture in the field of waterway transportation of over-Weight over-size doods

Mr. Bui Quang Lien – Vietranstimex General Director and Mr. Van Cong Trang – Director of Truc Minh Trading & Service - Construction – Transportation signed a joint venture agreement.

Under this Joint Venture Agreement, the Parties agreed to establish a Joint Venture with its own legal entity to manage heavy, oversize barge (5.000 tons – 13.000 tons), tug boats for transportation.

The Joint Venture VTT Truc Minh remarks a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two enterprises having strengths in the field of ship and barge building & waterway transport equipment rental and in the field of transportation, loading and unloading and installation oversize overweight equipment and project cargoes.
