Binh Nguyen solar power project
The Binh Nguyen SPP invested by 1,138 billion VND from Vietnam Truong Thanh Group in consortium with Thailand Sermsang Group. The project includes 150,327 PV panels and step-up 22/110kV, 63 MVA transformer substation. The project is implemented on an area of 56 ha by the EPC as the consortium of Sharp Corporation (Japan) and Hawee (Vietnam).
Binh Nguyen SPP was started up on September 20, 2018 and in 8 months later was synchronized with national power system. Since June 01, 2019, the project has been officially put into commercial operation.
Previously, on April 26, 2019, the SPP with a capacity of 19.2 MW in Dam Thuy Nam village, Duc Minh commune, Mo Duc district was put into operation.
