Power generation grew significantly

MOIT recently informed, in the first 4 month of 2016, the power generation of the National Power System reached 53.1billion kWh, increased by 12.1% in comparison with the same period of the last year; sale electricity was 48.7 billion kWh, up 13.2% compared to the same period of the last year.

In April, 2016, the power generation of the National Power System was estimated 14.5 billion kWh, increased by 12.1% in comparison with the generation of April, 2015; sale electricity was 13.6 billion kWh, up 13.4% compared to the sale electricity of April, 2015.

Also during this time, the National Power System was operated safely, stably to meet sufficiently electricity demand of socio-economic activities and living activities of the people in the country.
