Gio Thanh 1 and 2 SPPs have been agreed for investment

The Gio Thanh 1 SPP invested by Gio Thanh Energy Joint Stock Company with 1100 billion VND, occupies an area of 65 ha in Gio Thanh commune, Gio Linh district, Quang Tri province.
The Gio Thanh 2 SPP invested by Seco Joint Stock Company with 1110 billion VND occupies an area of 60 ha in Gio Thanh and Gio Hai communes, Gio Linh district, Quang Tri province.
These SPPs are expected in the commercial operation in December 2019 with an operation life of 50 years.
So, up to now, there are three SPPs with a total capacity of 149.5 MW deploying in Quang Tri province, from which LIG-Quang Tri SPP with a capacity of 49.5 MW is in construction and expected in commercial operation in the second quarter of 2019.
