KNREA and VEA sign cooperation agreement a on renewable energy

VEA Chairman and KNREA Vice Chairman sign the cooperation agreement under the witness of the  Ministers Tran Tuan Anh and Paik Un Gyu.

According to the cooperation agreement, the sides will promote cooperation in the renewable energy sector and create favorable conditions for the cooperation between the businesses of the two countries.   

The cooperation activities include: 

1/ Promoting and supporting renewable energy projects, and encouraging investment in renewable energy projects.

2 / Enhancing the cooperation between the renewable energy industries of the two countries.

3/ Sharing, promoting the operation of the potential projects and information on feasibility studies for renewable energy sources.

4 / Supporting, participating in solving and consulting on the difficulties in implementing potential projects from the renewable energy businesses of both countries.

5 / Sharing policies, regulations, programs and statistic data.

6 / Building the cooperation relationship to together participate in the renewable energy projects in the third country.

7/ Exchanging information on competitive enterprises for renewable energy projects in both countries; and other topics as agreed between the two sides.

VEA and KNREA have agreed to create conditions for projects, investment and exchanging the information related to renewable energy.

On the form of cooperation, VEA and KNREA will develop cooperation by exchanging information on  the projects and investment in renewable energy industry, enhancing support for the renewable energy industry in all issues of the two countries, especially  issues related to the laws, regulations, policies and consultancy through the joint meetings, workshops, conferences, visits of experts, scientists and delegations. The two sides also agreed to facilitate the projects, investment and exchange of relevant information in the renewable energy industry.
