Adjusting the project of Vinacomin restructure

The Prime Minister directs to carry out the equitization with a 50-65% state hold of charter capital for three Single-member Limited Liability Companies of Vinacomin as Viet Bac Geology (2015), Mining Geology (2015) and Lam Dong Aluminium (2016-2018); and with a not over 50% state hold of charter capital for the Single-member Limited Liability Company of Housing and Infrastructure Development Investment (2015).
The Prime Minister assigned MoIT to direct Vinacomin to make a plan for the capital divestment from Hai Ha Economic Investment JSC Project; to exclude unfinished investment value from the enterprise value and transfer it to Vinacomin for management and use during the equitization process of the Single-member Limited Liability Shipbuilding Company, treat the bad debt of this company in accordance with current regulations.
