Inaugurating Hai Duong 2 - Hoa Phat 110kV line project

Inauguration Ceremony.

The  Hai Duong 2 - Hoa Phat 110kV line project has been finished for 24 days ahead schedule. It is a project in honor of the 12th Congress of Communist Party of Vietnam and one of grateful events of the North Power Corporation and Electricity of Vietnam to the customers in December 2015.

This project belongs to the Power Development Planning of Hai Duong province approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade with the aim to supply Hoa Phat 110kV transformer substation by the second line and   create a 110kVconnection between Trang Bach, Hai Duong-2 220kV transformer substations and Hai Duong thermal power plant for the power stable and uninterrupted supply, losses decrease, safety improvement and ensuring the technical and economic norms in the overall development of power grids in Kinh Mon district, particularly and Hai Duong province,  generally.

The project includes 19 new steel towers and 6000 meters of 110 kV double circuit line with conductor cross section of 240/32 mm2, the total investment of VND33 billion. The feeder from Hai Duong-2 220kV transformer substation to Hoa Phat 110 kV transformer substation, passing 4 communes of Kinh Mon district such as: An Sinh, An Phu, Pham Menh, Hiep Son, ensures reliable power supply for the important loads of the province as Hoa Phap Steel Complex and meets the household electricity demand in Kinh Mon district.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Thieu Kim Quynh, Chairman & CEO of Northern Power Corporation appreciated the efforts of the  Hai Duong Power Single Member Company Limited in the process of the project  implementation.

Hai Duong is one of the provinces in the top position of commercial electricity consumption in the North Power Corporation, the Hai Duong Power Company always fulfilled the production and business norms, coming time the Company must carry out well the tasks of the sector and province in order to meet the need of safe, stable and uninterrupted power supply with more and more high quality for ensuring targets of socio-economic development in Hai Duong province” Mr. Thieu Kim Quynh emphasized.
