Vinacomin has handed CMF over to the VP Bank

- On July 31, at the Headquarter of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industry Holding Corporation (Vinacomin) was held a Signing Ceremony of Hand-over Minutes of Vietnam Coal-Mineral Finance Company (CMF) between Vinacomin and Vietnam Thinh Vuong (Prosperity) Bank (VPBank).

Vinacomin sold it’s stake at CMF for VPBank in order to implement the policy for divesting outside the sector capital of state-owned enterprises.
Besides, about over VND 400 billion invested in four entities as Saigon-Hanoi Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SHB); Saigon-Hanoi Joint Stock Company (SHS); Saigon-Hanoi Joint Stock Fund Management Company (SHF) and Hai Ha Industry Zone will be divested completely in 2015 by Vinacomin.
